Anita “Nitahitz” McCloud got her first taste of the music industry when she performed a commercial she and her brother had written for Herr’s Potato Chips for which she won and AIR Award for Best Radio Jingle. 

Anita has come a long way since then winning a Grammy for her multi-platinum hit, "U Remind Me” (Usher) and Grammy nomination for “Gyrl Talk” (TLC). She is also the voice singing the hook on rapper Kurrpt’s hit song "It’s Over." Her songs have been recorded by TLC, Boyz II Men, Usher, Heather Headly and many others up and coming recording artists.

She has worked with many of todays hottest producers such as Toby Gad, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, Nate Chapman, Pete Zizzo, Rob Fusari, Corey Rooney, Soulshock & Karlin, Ron Lawrence, Eddie Hustle, Scott Storch, Megahertz and Rockwilder to name a few. 

Anita’s flair for writing is not limited to music. Her ability to tell a story through song fueled her passion to write sitcoms, stage plays and full feature films. Her ability to sing, write, arrange and produce musical and literary content is a rare find.
